  1. Can you send me a brochure on the Heritage soapstone stove? We are interested in traveling to Vermont to buy this product but would like some prices.
    Thank you,
    Katie

  2. I bought a heritage in 2008. After about 2 years I had trouble keeping the door closed. I got a replacement door frame from Morrisville, VT.
Jan. 2014 under warranty. The new frame has a new latch that the handle paddle fits into, it’s screwed in and I’d like to buy another one for a back up. Can you help me find an order number for that?

  3. I have a hearthstone heritage model about 20 years old and it has started to leak near the corner of the front stones and top.smoke comes out when I open the door to load wood. It’s this supposed to be sealed with a stove “glue” of some sort? The stove has not been moved since original installation and for the 13 years I’ve owned the house it has been great without smoke leakage. Any ideas?

  4. I have owned an original Large Hearthstone since 1982 and it still functions perfectly. Have moved it to 2 other locations in all those years and no smoke leakage at all. All you have to do is use common sense and take proper care of the stove. Thanks Hearthstone!
